CTL is a full service consulting engineering firm, which provides environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, and specialized testing services to our clients. CTL has grown to over 300 employees since starting in Columbus Ohio in 1927, is an MBE company and has been employee-owned since 1991. CTL has an established track record of helping clients fulfill their environmental due-diligence and regulatory agencies’ requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner and on projects of varying complexities and magnitudes.
