We Create Futures is a design-led, strategic insight and innovation studio. We exist to help people think differently about the future and make better decisions to take action to shape it.I started We Create Futures as a vehicle to combine innovation models across domains and work with a broad range of experts in different fields - the types of teams you can\'t find in a traditional design or management consultancy. We are connected to a diffuse network of high performing professionals that can come together to work on bespoke projects and complex problems. From customer insight to long-term futures, we use emergent practices and novel modes of working to create value and make an impact for the people we work with.

I help designers, design leaders, and teams build the clarity, confidence, and capability to succeed in complex and uncertain times.With over 20 years working across design disciplines — from service to industrial design, agency to public service — I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be to deliver meaningful outcomes inside complex systems. I also know what makes the difference when design moves from execution to genuine strategic impact.My work focuses on helping teams strengthen decision-making, reset culture, and develop the foresight needed to navigate change. Not just respond to it. This often sits at the intersection of strategic design, futures thinking, and leadership development.Alongside consulting and coaching, I continue to work hands-on with government agencies and consultancies, delivering service design and innovation projects.
