When I joined Snowflake we could fit the global SE team in one large classroom. Today I have hundreds of SE colleagues globally. Snowflake is still bringing the same value to customers large and small, but the range of use cases, workloads and features has grown enormously, and onboarding SEs and keeping the team up to date is an industrial-scale activity. I’m bringing my 5 years’ frontline experience to a role where my primary aim is to enable our SEs to continue to be a real asset to our customers.
