I’m a hands-on, people-first leader who built my career from the ground up—starting on the shop floor and rising to the role of President. While I completed most of the coursework for my degree in Business Administration, I chose to dive into the manufacturing world early on, learning by doing and delivering results that drove my career forward.Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led manufacturing teams across multiple industries including industrial, agriculture, hydraulics, paint and powder coating, defense, aerospace, and nuclear security—guiding operations through growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.My leadership philosophy is simple: be out front, not hanging back.
