I am an experienced MPD Project Manager, with a proven track record of leading MPD projects for top-tier Oil & Gas operators in the US and overseas, to drill MPD, UBD, PMCD and complex wells safely and as per requirements. I manage UBD/MPD projects at client offices and rig sites to coordinate contractors, rig equipment, and inventories. I engage with client teams, rig contractors and third-party vendors to conduct project meetings and identify key tasks, deliverables, project schedules and budgets. I am experienced in utilizing hydraulics modeling software to conduct feasibility studies for MPD wells. Furthermore, I provide safety leadership for junior crews to improve HSE and team performance. I also manage implementation plans and create operational programs for exploration wells and known fields, and continuously handle timelines and coordinate resources to meet deadlines. During my career, I have worked with / for many top-tier oil and gas organizations, including Petrotek,ExxonMobil, Genel, Stasis, Pruitt, Weatherford & Schlumberger. My achievements include:Petrotek: Engaged as Nightshift Consultant to supervise 10 personnel & drill of 5 injection wells over a 5-month period with zero LTIs. ExxonMobil: As Project Manager oversaw 6 UBD / MPD projects throughout Kurdistan region over an 18-month period with zero LTIs. Genel: As Well Site Supervisor, successfully completed first ever MPD cement job in the ME for Genel & recognised with company award.
