I support strategic solution engineering activities for Communications and Media customers using the full set of Salesforce capabilities to build on existing deployments, helping my customers maximise the use of their investments. As part of this role, I\'ve created technical account plans, roadmaps and demonstrations around what capabilities might best suit a customer, working with Account Managers to prioritise and assess possible new opportunities. I\'ve built and presented different demos using a range of Salesforce Sales and Service capabilities, including proof of concepts with Data Cloud and generative AI.
