Assist students with special needs in day to day school activities. Work one on one with students who are on the Austism spectrum.Ensure safetyProvide encouragement, direction or re-direction as well as de-escalation technics and track daily progress of the student I directly support. In this role I have stepped outside of my previous experience with technology and maintenance into something very rewarding. Each day is a challenge but also a possibility to positively affect the student or students I assist. I enjoy learning something new each day but also putting into practice what I have learned with my patient demeanor and also I feel that I have brought a lot of fun to the role.
