As a strengths coach, I help people discover what they do best, and raise their awareness to improve their quality of life inside & outside of the classroom, work, and other areas of their lives. I have provided over 50 Clifton Strengths sessions at Holy Cross including-Individual sessions (students, professionals)-Team sessions (student organizations, student leaders, athletic teams, classrooms)- Professional development sessions for offices/departments -Consultation to directors, supervisors, and coaches on how to manage their teams with a strengths-based approachAll sessions vary in content. I have done work with teams from just an introductory session to multiple sessions throughout a year.
