ABOUT CHRIS HOLDAWAY
I have extensive HR Business Partner and COE experience in a variety of roles across industries. I am currently the AVP, HRBP at LPL Financial supporting the LINSCO, Liquidity & Succession, Independent Advisor Networks, and Strategic Wealth Solutions organizations. Prior to LPL, I graduated from the Honeywell Future HR Leaders (Pathways) program completing my third (and final) rotation in January 2024. While at Honeywell I supported a variety of client groups including Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Offering Management, and Customer Excellence. In 2020, I completed my MBA with a concentration in Strategic Human Resources at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Before completing my graduate degree, I worked for Marriott International both as an Operations and Revenue Manager and graduated from the Marriott International Voyager Leader Development Program. I also currently serve as a Mechanized Infantry Officer in the North Carolina Army National Guard.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, kids, and our dog. I am an avid fitness enthusiast, ultramarathoner, triathlete, sports fan, podcast host, and bookworm.
