As of January 2022, I joined Avison Young as part of their highly successful industrial agency team based in the Midlands. I work with clients in all areas of the industrial, distribution and logistics sector, advising corporate occupiers, landowners, developers, investors and the public sector. My move to Avison Young followed 4 years at Holt Commercial, during which I predominately dealt with the disposal of an array of freehold and leasehold commercial property and for a range of clients. Prior to moving to the Midlands, I spent close to 4 years in the Yorkshire commercial property market during which I gained membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors together with a valuable knowledge of another geographical market.
