ABOUT CHRIS HIGGINS

As a fully qualified Electrical and Systems engineer with experience in FMCG and medical device manufacturing, I have gained invaluable knowledge and expertise in managing critical infrastructure systems. Currently, I am leading a team of highly skilled software engineers and support specialists who are responsible for the OT critical control network (CCN) and its systems. The CCN is the backbone for all manufacturing processes across the entire site, making it a crucial element of our operations.With my deep understanding of OT infrastructure and cyber security, I have the ability to lead and guide my team towards delivering outstanding results in a demanding and high-pressure environment. I possess a logical and resourceful problem-solving approach, which enables me to identify and mitigate potential risks to the CCN and its systems. I am committed to continuously improving my own skills and knowledge, as well as that of my team, to ensure that we remain at the forefront of industry developments and best practices.As a leader, I prioritize team engagement and development to achieve our shared goals.
