I’m an IT leader with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise data and governance strategies at global scale—spanning finance, analytics, cloud platforms, and AI/ML innovation. With a background in large-scale IT environments at GE and Eaton, I specialize in building modern data capabilities that drive measurable business value, enable regulatory compliance, and scale across complex organizational structures.At Eaton, I built the global data governance program from the ground up—defining strategy, roles, and processes across 15+ data domains. I lead a global team of 30+ and deliver strategic programs across metadata, data quality, security, and finance data product development. I’ve successfully executed major initiatives including the Finance Data Hub migration to Snowflake, enterprise-wide data health programs, and domain-driven data marketplaces.
