About Chris Haugen
Chris has over 26 years of professional construction experience and joined White in 1997 as a carpenter. Since then, he has served as superintendent, project manager, estimator, chief estimator, Vice President of Business Development and President for White. Chris’ passion is in building and developing captivating community, particularly in the built environment. Recent community-centric projects include the Source, Steam on the Platte, Stanley Marketplace, Zeppelin Station, Broadway Market, Golden Mill and Malcom Yards Market. With a passion for adaptive reuse and historic preservation work, garnered as a teenager restoring his neighbor’s 1860 farmstead, Chris loves to save American architectural heritage by giving old buildings new, economically viable, purpose. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him at one of his four kids’ soccer games, snowboarding, or restoring the log structures on his Sedalia, Colorado ranch.
