As the Director of Construction Services, I lead the owner’s representation efforts and internal team interactions with General Contractor teams for out-of-state, third-party constructed projects. I coordinate and execute the administration of contracts and purchase orders as well as communicate information to Milhaus’s VP of Construction through data reports for assigned projects, ensuring the production of the quality development is within budget and per schedule. This is accomplished through managing, training, and growing a team of Owner’s Representatives delegated to coordinate Milhaus’s vision with the Design Consultants and the General Contractors through construction.
