About Chris Harrington
Since June 2022, Chris Harrington has been the on-site General Manager for on of Orange County\'s most exclusive communities, Shady Canyon Community Association in Irvine, CA. The community features 409 custom and semi-custom lots, as well as one of the most prestigious private Golf Clubs in California. Previously, Chris was the General Manager for AQUA in downtown Long Beach. AQUA is a high density vertical community with a complex multi-governance structure that consists of three (3) separate Homeowner\'s Associations (HOAs), as well as, a Community Services Organization. With a total of 556 units, Chris managed the day to day operations of one of the largest urban communities in Southern California.Prior to his position at AQUA, Chris was a portfolio community manager for three (3) years in the FirstService Residential office in Orange County. As a community manager, Chris managed an HOA portfolio of six (6) properties which consisted of condominiums, single family homes and custom home communities.During his career with FirstService, Chris earned five (5) STAR awards, two (2) Cost Containment awards and received the 2025 Veteran On-site Manager of the Year award from Community Association Institute - Orange County.
