I am a results-driven Operations Leader with 15+ years of experience leading high-volume distribution centers and building safe, efficient, and accountable operations. Currently serving as a Senior Site Leader and P&L Owner for a sq. ft. distribution center, I oversee $200M+ in assets,$90M in inventory, and a $7M annual payroll while leading 160+ associates and six salaried supervisors.My career has been shaped by a simple philosophy: strong cultures produce strong results.
