The key to my success has been identifying and implementing the latest technologies after analyzing organizational needs. At Key Health, for instance, I introduced self-service features on the company’s website, thereby improving customer relationships and boosting sales revenue. Similarly, at Health Care Delivered, I took over the upgradation of an outdated phone management system by directing the deployment of Five9. As a result, I optimized customer outreach and self-serve ordering efficiency significantly. Throughout my career, I have strengthened client relationships by streamlining operational workflows. For example, at Health Care Delivered, I revamped the service delivery model to eliminate process siloes, thereby improving accountability and order delivery efficiency. To this end, I segmented the service delivery team by products and specialties and delegated to team strengths. Through this initiative, I improved the throughput from order intake to shipment, subsequently improving client and referral experiences and reducing costs.Here’s a snapshot of my many other successes- Saved hundreds of thousands in labor costs by implementing an automated document management system, OnBase- Led the development of a dedicated customer service hospital unit generating $1M in revenue- Surpassed the YoY revenue growth by millions by launching new revenue streams and an electronic payment system.Another reason for my success is creating on-site synergy through the establishment of a respect-based, employee-supportive culture.
