I am the Founding President and CEO of Red Collar Pet Foods. Red Collar is a former division of Mars Petcare. Red Collar is proud to be a top employer in the city of Franklin, TN, and in several communities across the United States. Over 700 associates are proud to work at Red Collar. Red Collar is North America\'s premiere producer of private label and contract label pet food. In my role as Founding President and CEO, I led the team to carve out and build one of the largest pet food producers in the world, making some of the best selling brands in the U.S today, in under 3 years, delivering explosive growth and transforming a division of large multi-national into a stand alone successful enterprise. I also led the team through the pandemic crisis and grew the business despite the unprecedented leadership and operational challenges. I am also the Treasurer of the Refuge Center Board, former president of the Pet Food Institute Board and am involved in our local community in and around the Nashville area of Tennessee. I am also Managing Partner and Founder of Borealis Partners, LLC, a business accelerator firm specializing in building and growing our partners\' businesses in the consumer goods, services and B2B space.
