HACCP, SQF, CAPA, FSMA, GFSI- Research and Development: new product development, ideation, commercialization, product maintenance, specification creation, nutrition, regulatory and labeling compliance, IP and patent reviews. Design scope for facility build-outs, equipment scope, qualification and modifications. Process improvements and auditing, Six Sigma, capability analysis, capacity analysis, lean manufacturing, value-stream mapping, OEE- Roasting Competencies: drum (Neptune), centrifugal (Saturn), tangential (Jupiter), continuous and fluidized bed roasting experience.
