About Chris Haley
Chris Haley is the regional business leader for ICF\'s environmental consulting business in Texas, having overseen the integration of consulting firm Blanton & Associates into ICF. He leads a team of project managers, planners, and scientists in the delivery of environmental consulting and project management services. Prior to this role, Chris led teams focused on corporate strategy (20••••17), analytics (20••••19), and design thinking and innovation (20••••22).Prior to joining ICF, Chris was a consultant at Avascent, a strategy and management consulting firm serving clients in government-driven markets. Chris received his Master\'s degree from Georgetown University, during which time he worked as a Teaching Assistant for former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. Before attending Georgetown, he was a technical project manager delivering healthcare technology solutions for Cerner Corporation, a healthcare IT software company that provides electronic medical records for many of the largest hospitals and health systems in the world. Chris also served in the United States Marine Corps, deploying once to Iraq and supporting training operations in the U.S, Chile, and Peru.
