I am a transactions tax partner who is specifically focused on credit, restructuring and special situations deals.I work with financial investors on loan origination, restructuring and special situations projects. I also support companies whilst they are going through significant turnaround processes-and then longer term when they are back on the pathway to growth. I try at all times to give my clients advice which is clear and commercial. A big part of my role is distilling the key decisions that my clients need to make and, ultimately, making tax an area that adds real value rather than frustration.Alongside my client work, I also lead our broader team which is focussed on Corporate Transactions tax.
