I lead the Homelessness Property Funds team for Resonance, a social impact property fund manager. The funds have delivered safe and affordable homes for more than 3,600 people. Resonance has close to £450m of funds under management and we have raised £100m into the homelessness funds in the past year. Our ambition is to be manging £1billion of investor capital within the next five years and providing people with a place they can call home.
