ABOUT CHRIS GRUNDY

Chris is a veteran construction executive with a 40-year record of success in the construction contracting and more recently, the Owner’s Representative world. With an honors degree in civil engineering, Chris’s wide experience in construction covers two continents and 4 countries. He has managed a wide variety of projects including buildings, heavy civil industrial works, roads, bridges, infrastructure, institutional and sports facilities.Chris has worked in geotechnics, for a specialist piling contractor, for concrete and earthworks contractors and one of the top 50 GC’s in the US, Mortenson Construction. And more recently for a successful owner’s rep company in Denver, Project One Integrated Services. He has spent a third of his career managing design-build projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams through both design and construction phases.
