Over a decade ago, I joined Egan Nelson, LLP following a 17-plus year career at Jones Day. During my career, I have handled a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters, including business divorces, purchase price adjustment disputes, C-suite executive compensation and employment disputes, non-competition/non-solicitation litigation, environmental insurance coverage litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, employment-related class actions, consumer class actions, corporate takeover litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, patent infringement, and license agreement disputes. I also handled mass tort litigation involving consumer, toxic tort, and product liability claims.
