I have had a varied and fulfilling career in the Army lasting over 20 loyal years, throughout my career I quickly established myself as a trustworthy and reliable Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, often working longer hours than was expected in order to ensure my work was completed to a high standard. I strive to be an extremely proactive and diligent person who can put my personal initiative to good use. I have always displayed a positive attitude to my work and have taken the time and effort to better myself professionally. Over my time in the British Army I have gained military qualifications in Stores Management and Accounting practices and gained a Diploma in Advanced Training and Operational Management. Since leaving the Army I have been responsible for delivering very successful Prince\'s Trust Team programs for young people out of central Manchester, using the delivery and planning skills that I gained while working for the British Army, I am comfortable of operating in a high demanding tempo results based environment. I am Enthusiastic, determined and a motivated person who provides solutions to complex problems in a timely fashion. I’m consistently proactive with good time management, an excellent communicator who is committed to the principles of customer care.
