   Mr. Chris Grenier serves as SVP of Development for Stiles NC | Carolinas. Based in Charlotte, Mr. Grenier leads the due diligence, entitlement, design and construction process for new developments and redevelopments of neighborhood shopping centers, multi-family and office projects throughout the Carolinas.Prior to joining Stiles in 2012, Mr. Grenier served as Director of Design & Construction for Crosland\'s Retail division in Charlotte for 11 years where he managed the development of over 2.5 million square feet of retail and mixed-use projects totaling $500MM+ in project value, including Birkdale Village, The Shops at Greenridge and Biltmore Park Town Square. His resume includes successful development projects for tenants such as Target, Lowes Home Improvement, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Petsmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, OfficeMax, TJX brands, Michael’s, World Market, Gap, Talbot’s, Ann Taylor, Total Wine, Sweetbay, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowe’s Foods, Bloom, Kroger and Publix Supermarkets.Mr. Grenier is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
