I believe the way we build is just as important as what we build. On every project I’ve managed, my focus has been on creating a culture where safety is second nature, driven by behaviours, respect, and shared responsibility, not just compliance.This approach has been central on the Saint John Vianney SEND School project in Stretford, where we’ve been delivering specialist spaces to support young people with diverse needs. Alongside classrooms and therapy areas, we’ve built an environment where teams and contractors work together with a genuine commitment to looking out for one another.For me, success is delivering high-quality projects while ensuring everyone goes home safe, every day and building a culture that makes that possible.
