Operates from core scientific principles to translate early vaccine research into viable process and product profiles for clinical and commercial use. • Experience working on the following classes of vaccine modalities for both prophylactic and therapeutic (cancer) targets: protein, peptide conjugate, polysaccharide conjugate, DNA, mRNA, adenoviral, AAV. • Experience of adjuvant systems: Alum, saponins, TLR agonists, CpG, Freud\'s, squalene. • Additional experience includes generation of delivery device for vaccine delivery by electroporation and buccal/slow release formulations. • Familiar with complex dosing schedules using varying vaccine modalities, small molecule and mAb biologicals, to generate either required Th1/Th2 immune responses through extensive pre-clinical research, moving into clinical assessments. To ensure appropriateness of all components of the Drug Product, extensive and novel analytical method development is performed within my teams, leading to characterization and an understanding of the stability of the individual components and final Drug Product.Summary: Specialized in the research and development of adjuvant formulations and Drug Product for novel and best-in-class vaccines in the research and clinical space.
