An experienced Retail Manager, leading numerous flagship stores around the Country with high complexities, multi-channel operations and Top 10 takings for the company. Now leading a group of 25 stores as Regional Manager. I’ve taken the opportunities to learn and develop myself through numerous Leadership development programmes during my different roles. I was nominated for and have completed the Pathways development course leading to Regional Manager before moving into the role. With over several years Retail experience I am used to leading large teams of up to 300 colleagues, with up to 20 direct reports and taking pride in developing, coaching and supporting all members of the team.Also have experience working in a central based roles, programme managing and developing improvement/change programmes. Ensuring seamless implementation in stores to drive enhanced performance and productivity benefits relying on my previous retail and customer knowledge & experience.
