As a member of the CS & R leadership team, influence the overall department goals by a) recruiting, coaching, and developing top talent, b) operating as a trusted advisor to the executive team and cross-functional business leaders, and c) applying a collaborative and thoughtful approach to formulating strategy and identifying and prioritizing meaningful change(s) for the organization. I have led highly visible and high impact strategy engagements across the enterprise, including the following- Leading a cross-BU effort to define a global strategy for our Cyber business, with 75+ stakeholders engaged throughout the process- Leading an AI innovation program (through Liberty\'s collaboration with MIT) to identify and launch a portfolio of cross-functional / cross-BU research efforts that resulted in new products and solutions for meaningful business impact- Assessing / prioritizing market opportunities for growth in the wholesale distribution channel; and - Developing a decision-making framework and supporting governance / support for capital deployment that considers both organic and inorganic growth opportunities I manage six direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance on professional development and career progression. I also oversee the department’s efforts to support staff\'s success in rolling out into other Liberty business areas / departments from the CS & R team to facilitate their career progression in the company in alignment with their long-term goals and aspirations.
