I\'m excited to take on a larger role at Bobbitt! My role as Senior Business Developer is an integral part of our business development process. I assist the team in finding new projects and markets to pursue while ensuring close coordination and collaboration with the leadership team. Responsible for managing our CRM and reporting metrics to management. Coaching the entire Bobbitt team on how to be a doer seller and find ways to work their network and dive into new markets is a big part of my new role. I work closely with the marketing team to ensure our message to our clients and the community is clear and concise, and accountable for the company goals and culture.
