Served 5 years as a US Navy Officer helping develop the leadership skills necessary to succeed not only in the Military but in Corporate America. Have held a variety of roles in Supply Chain in GE Appliances and GE Power and Water since 1998 gaining experience in manufacturing, New Product Introduction, Quality, Fulfillment, and commercial. Drive execution of Sourcing digitization and process excellence, including blueprinting, design, process re-engineering, implementation, and hyper-care activities to support Gas Power business.• Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools. Review and improve processes. Work on special initiatives.• Developing expertise within function. Growing reputation within the organization.
