About Chris Getman

I’m an engineering leader who enjoys turning ambiguous healthcare problems into software that real customers use.My career began on the founding team of a startup, where I experienced early how quickly ideas need to turn into working products. Since then, I’ve spent the past decade at Personify Health moving from product management into engineering leadership while staying close to discovery and delivery.Today I lead engineering managers and senior technical leads responsible for cloud platforms supporting a 14M+ user digital health ecosystem and systems that account for roughly $60M in annual revenue. A core part of my role is operating a small, senior team that drives high-impact initiatives from early discovery through architecture and production, often working directly with partners and customers to translate real needs into new capabilities.I’m particularly interested in building new products and helping teams move from idea to production. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology at Northwestern to deepen my technical foundations as I continue growing as a builder-leader.I’m always interested in connecting with people working on healthcare technology, platforms, and new product development.
