In my role as Global Head of Service PLM & Portfolio Management, I lead the worldwide service portfolio for Electrification and Automation products, covering the full lifecycle from strategy to execution. My focus lies on aligning the global service offering with market dynamics, competitive pressure and the growth ambitions of regional business units. I support regional leaders in achieving their P&L targets by designing scalable portfolio concepts, productivity programs and KPI-driven operating models.A key part of my work is driving the digital transformation of the service business, including the introduction of IoT-enabled services, data-driven delivery models and standardized service concepts. I lead an international team across PLM, Business Development, marketing and engineering, ensuring that portfolio strategies translate into tangible business impact across all regions.I established structured customer feedback loops, global governance frameworks and standardized delivery approaches that strengthened customer satisfaction, improved operational stability and enhanced margin contribution. Through the Global Service Operations Center Strategy and the Service Growth Management Program, I created a foundation for sustainable global expansion, portfolio competitiveness and organizational excellence.
