Technically a continuation of previous role at IBM as Hosting Operations branched out into Kyndryl Group in September 2020.Continuing to support a wide range of networking solutions ranging in size, complexity and technologies, for a host of customers. My role consists of BAU changes, support activity as well as building new devices to add to existing designs & solutions. Primarily my experience revolves around Cisco, F5 BIG-IP, Checkpoint, Infoblox, Bluecoat Proxy, and most recently working towards cloud technology certifications including AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Having graduated from Birmingham City University in 2013, I achieved a First Class in my BSc (Hons) Computer Networks degree. I have also gained a lot of valuable professional experience during my work with IBM, Vodafone and Cable & Wireless Worldwide in the last 9 years working on a wide range of complex networking solutions - in both the commercial and public sector. On top of working with external stakeholders closely on a regular basis, i have been involved in building, supporting and troublshooting various solutions.I consider myself to be an experienced and versatile engineer with a hunger to continuously expand my knowledge in the various innovative areas of the industry. I pride myself on concise communication & work ethic, ensuring professionalism is prioritised. along with a balance of perspective and business interests/potential business opportunities in mind. My practical experience includes a wide variety of work; from building and modifying networking and security devices, through to supporting troubleshooting any issues that occur within the various complex Networking Solutions which we support within the business. I have vast experience with Cisco devices in particular; having studied at Birmingham City University (who are a Official Cisco Training Center), and also configuring & troubleshooting Cisco devices on a daily basis within my current job role.
