I have worked for over twenty-five years in real estate sales assisting buyers and sellers with farms, lake properties and antique home transactions. I enjoy working on various types of real estate such as converted barns, restaurants and lake property. My passion for the Litchfield County\'s unique natural resources combined with the people and the colorful history make my \"job\" a life long endeavor. I take pride in the successful match of a person from NYC area who finds a home that allows them to enjoy and relax on 90 miles from their primary home. I am a GRI graduate, hold a PSCS (Professional Standards Certificate Specialist) degree and am licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. I have had cool experiences such as selling a sawmill that was converted into a streamside home in Washington CT and rebuilding a chimney for a purchaser who could not otherwise afford the home. I sold an $11 million lakefront estate in Kent, still the highest recorded home sale in the county.
