For our project, Alchemy Surf Resort, my role has involved various tasks such as selecting an incredible project site, negotiating the land purchase agreement, managing consultants, fostering relationships with technology partners, and overseeing our entitlements work. Additionally, I focus on building an appealing, purpose-driven brand that stands out as one of the most compelling surf-anchored projects in North America.The goal of the project is to drive profit with purpose by fostering social engagement, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and serving as an inclusive, multigenerational gathering place that will improve Placer County and the Greater Sacramento Area for generations to come. Our mission is to inspire the youth, adults, and families of inland communities through surfing, by promoting positive transformation, creating impact, and building memories to last a lifetime. Our vision is to provide an unforgettable waterfront atmosphere that promises to be a top destination for surfers and beach enthusiasts alike. Offering guests a luxurious beach and resort experience, the project will become a haven for activity, wellness, and shared moments that resonate long after the waves have settled.
