Avante Care & Support is a registered charity, established in 1990 which provides care and support to over people through residential and Home Care, and Wellbeing Support services. Our Vision is ‘Communities where everyone has a vibrant and fulfilling life’. Avante’s care homes are across Kent, Bexley and Greenwich and deliver specialist residential dementia, mental health and nursing care services, including day care and short-term respite breaks. The Home Care and Wellbeing Support teams across Kent and Bexley provide assistance with daily living and wellbeing support, enabling individuals to maintain independent lives in the comfort of their own home. We understand and enable a positive journey through care in older age, by offering services that respect the choices and aspirations of the individual and supporting them to live vibrant and fulfilling lives. Our Philosophy of Care is the Eden Alternative which we adopt to reduce loneliness, boredom and helplessness, through regular positive contact with people in our community, by variety and spontaneity, and by providing the opportunity to give as well as receive care.Avante Care & Support is a well-established not for profit organisation, with an experienced and committed workforce. I have developed an excellent track record in Asset Management and Property Development for over 25 years. In this time I have gained extensive experience in new build and regeneration projects as well as leading multi-million pound, award winning repairs and maintenance programmes.
