As a scientist with 20 plus years working in big pharmaceutical and small biotech settings, I have extensive experience in biochemical and cell based assay development and validation. My patent submission/publication record reflects my innovative work and desire to solve difficult problems across many areas of research. Having built a lab from the ground up, I\'ve spent the last 6 plus years hiring, training and managing a team of scientists to support ongoing programs and exploratory efforts.
