I have enjoyed many C-level executive positions throughout my career in the registered investment advisory, broker-dealer and insurance industries. I leverage my experience in retail distribution, P&L management and business operations to provide an inclusive culture and holistic approach to strategic planning and execution. On a personal level, I serve on the FINRA Board of Governors, overseeing management in the administration of FINRA’s affairs, purpose and objectives. I am passionate about giving back to the community and engage with non-profit organizations including Ronald McDonald House Charities, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as well as active involvement with the Heart Gallery in Birmingham, AL. I obtained an M.B.A. and M.S. from Creighton University and B.S. from The University of Alabama at Birmingham on athletic scholarship. I am a former member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and attended the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business Executive Leadership Program. I hold the Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 66 as well as the CRPC® designation.
