Responsible for providing oversight and ongoing support of the Bayer Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) with a focus on functionality associated with subject data and milestone reporting that is dependent on the successful integration of subject data from EDC systems. Key activities include- Close collaboration with the CTMS technology provider and internal stakeholders- participation in cross-functional global project teams, providing expertise (including compilation of user requirements) into the development of systems to enable efficient study start-up, Monitoring, Clinical Trial Management, electronic Trial Master File activities while maximising end user satisfaction- Development of expert knowledge of relevant areas of applications and advises the Bayer organization for optimal utilization of these tools- Perform UAT and system validation activities of system functionalities- Development of system training and support events as requested - Drives troubleshooting on escalated system issues - Contributes to management of quality checks and housekeeping activities on key tools, including analysis of issue trends to identify areas for continuous improvement.
