In the spring of 2020 I embarked on a new business venture by establishing a franchise location for Zeeks Pizza, a local Seattle Pizza chain of restaurants established in 1993 Formed a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) and met all requirements to secure Washington State Business Licensing and Compliance- Made a capital investment and secured SBA funding to support construction of a brand new restaurant facility with full kitchen, bar and dining facilities- Established vendor relationships with food and beverage suppliers along with service providers to facilitate all aspects of the restaurant day to day sales including delivery and catering services- Oversaw and participated in all day to day operations of the restaurant to include “back of house” food preparation as well as “front of house” activities servicing customers and 3rd party delivery operators such as Doordash, Grubhub and UberEats.
