In my current role, I oversee four major divisions, including three terminals and a chemical division, managing a team of around 150 people. My focus is on bringing teams together, aligning operations, and finding new ways to optimize performance. Whether it\'s P&L management, truck allocations, or improving day-to-day operations, I’m involved in a bit of everything. One of my proudest initiatives has been the bi-weekly capacity meetings, which have created a more collaborative environment across teams. Additionally, I’ve led efforts to implement a fuel-saving program, cutting costs across multiple divisions.While the past year has been focused on stabilizing and managing our Bedford Terminal, I’ve made sure to keep an eye on the bigger picture, ensuring that each division is moving toward the same goals. It\'s a challenging role, but I love the variety and the opportunity to work closely with such a dedicated team.
