Responsible for profitable sales of Metronet fiber internet, to new and existing clients. Oversee all aspects of client acquisition, sales and marketing. Manage all aspects of customer service including product upselling, product returns and service issues.• Manage and direct all aspects of successful territory sales campaigns; generate significant profitable growth through retention/further development of major accounts. • Utilize cold calling, referrals and door to door sales to identify new clients.• Identify client needs and align those needs with available products. • Process customer orders and work with main office to ensure delivery.• Consistently meet and exceeded weekly and monthly sales quotas.
