This includes interacting with a 3rd party vendor that is dispatching technicians to client locations across the United States, monitoring their updates to tickets and ensuring they are providing the required documentation and photos from each visit.Field Services Managed Services: Assist Field Services Team Lead in managing the service delivery of Field Service Managed Services. This includes monitoring the ticket queues for aging tickets, preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly Service Level reports, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
