In this role I have full P&L responsibility for the Canadian operation and develop and implement operational plans, budgets and capital expenditures in conjunction with the remotely based COO, successfully improving profitability, capacity, efficiency levels and business functionality. I continue to lead extensive teams across sales and marketing, procurement, quality, engineering, production, HR and facility maintenance with responsibility for discipline, training and development. I have ensured that all company strategies are aligned and that objectives are clear to all personnel, while maintaining company policies and procedures. I am responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with best practices and local and international laws, and the health and safety of our most valuable assets, our employees.
