I’m interested in how people experience systems — especially when those systems are complex, stretched, or hard to navigate.My work sits at the crossroads of digital inclusion, primary care, social prescribing, and community support. On their own, none of these are new. What matters is what happens when we start connecting the dots between them.In place-based and rural settings, progress rarely comes from big standalone projects.
