About Chris Eidman

As an Army Special Operations Veteran (Green Beret) with 20+ years of military experience, I\'ve had the unique opportunity to learn and hone skills in leadership and management under the tutelage of some of the best this country has to offer in the most culturally diverse and challenging environments. I\'m passionate about leveraging my expertise and experience in adaptive leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience to drive results in organizations that are orchestrating change and developing solutions to difficult problems through meaningful relationships, transformative technologies, and transformational thinking.In the military, I was trained to adapt to new environments quickly, separate the necessary from the unnecessary, and lead teams in challenging situations. I excel at analyzing complex problems and developing creative solutions to drive positive outcomes. Additionally, my experience working collaboratively with diverse teams has honed my communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.I am excited to apply my strengths to new challenges and opportunities. My experience as a Green Beret has taught me to remain focused and motivated in the face of adversity, and I\'m confident that I can contribute to any mission-driven organization.
