Sourced and run external legal teams in over 30 jurisdictions, achieving budget savings and a global network of effective legal relationships. Deep functional knowledge of restructuring/insolvency, litigation and dispute resolution, M&A, joint ventures, finance (bank, debt capital markets and project finance), commercial contracts, supply chain, trading/marketing, compliance and internal/regulatory investigations, governance and securities filings and disclosure issues.
