Since Manpower’s transition of their out of hours service to CORE North, I have been involved in the day to day supervising and delivery of this service to our clients. We are responsible for handling absence reports, emergency staff resourcing and administration duties where we must adhere to strict SLA targets. This involves being the first point of contact for our clients, temporary staff and panel vends outside of our branch networks office hours. On a daily basis I delegate tasks to the team, monitor workload, deal with escalations and support the team with the delivery of our service.
